>It is easiest way of exercise anyone can do without equipment and without any reason.

​>so our body is made for movement     
 --- the body need 2 minutes of walk after         every 30 minutes and it is proven by             experiments.

>​l have many choices to say you to do it , but I have doubt about you do or do not.
​so I am decide to choose this topic for today.

​>averagely you are wasting 5-6 hours of a day definitely and there is no doubt that you can take 30 minute of walk every day.
​lt is a one type of exercise and it is easiest in all exercises and anyone can do it.

Ask a friend to join you in your new exercise routine.

Go for a 10 walk with your friends or family in the evening or after dinner.

Think about the money you can save by walking.



Use a walking planner to find out the best walking route, measure heart rate, calories burned, count steps, etc.



Explore different paths every day.
Join a walking group.



Go on hiking trips.



Walk for a social cause.
