--- the body need 2 minutes of walk after every 30 minutes and it is proven by experiments.
>l have many choices to say you to do it , but I have doubt about you do or do not.
so I am decide to choose this topic for today.
>averagely you are wasting 5-6 hours of a day definitely and there is no doubt that you can take 30 minute of walk every day.
