Today's topic is HOW TO MAKE OUR DAY PRODUCTIVE? 

 You spend your all day in timepass and
in mobile
In surfing on Internet and all . 


Our life is very small, please try to make is beautiful and enjoyable.


 This very bad habbit . 

Everyday at starting of day we decide to do many things but the all day was gone but we are unable to complete one thing of such many things. 

This cause depression and lower you self respect and you are become un confident. 

So please try my tricks for only 3 to 4 day It will definitely help you And make you confident


Today ,I try to give you some simple tricks that help you in making your day productive :-


1.  ​So at the time of morning you have to first plan your day , if you have not plan it is 100% confirm that your day become waste. So you have to plan what are today's program and make your day as your planning.
2.  ​you plan your day so now make one a to do list and complete the points in list and make ✔ tick like that this will inspire you to make more and more things . 
3. ​Some people says that , in our life there are lots of distraction and this distraction are very strongs.                                                                                   ---So for that Make a reward st the end of day in your choice this will release dopamine or pleasure harmone in your brain and help you to overcome distractions and help in complete your work. 
4. Your day is planned , your list is complete . if your unable to complete or you become fail leave it and start from new. 

    

  The best and biggest reason of wasting time is
         You are always think about future and you only think.
          So for that my best advice is that please live in present concentrate on what you are doing .
